Does Adaptworks provide an invoice?

Yes, we provide invoices to individuals and companies.

How can I make my payment?

Payment must be made using a valid credit card from one of the accepted brands on our website. In the case of companies, we provide an invoice.

How do I cancel a subscription?

If you want to cancel a registration, the student must contact our team by e-mail: contato@adaptworks.com.br.

If the student notifies within 10 days of the class start date, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Between 10 and 5 days from the class start date, the student will be able to choose between refunding 50% of the amount paid or participating in a new class of the same training or equivalent amount.

If the student contacts you within 5 days of the training date, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Can I transfer my application to another class?

The student can make the class transfer as long as the student contacts Adaptworks within 10 and 5 days of the start date of the class in which the student is enrolled.

Can training be canceled or changed dates?

Adaptworks can cancel or reschedule a class if necessary, and will notify the student up to 10 days in advance of the class start date.

What is the training schedule?

Usually in person training takes place from 9 am to 6 pm (BRT) and online training (Live-Virtual) from 9 am to 1 pm (BRT).

How is the training instructor defined?

The instructors are defined according to their schedule.

All of our instructors are accredited by the respective certifying entities for each training.

After training, how do I get certified?

The Adaptworks certificate of participation is sent at the end of the training.

In the case of training that has international certification, each certifying entity has a different process. Get in touch with our team.
