Kanban System Design (KMP I) training continues with Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP II), which is a two-day training designed to address organization-wide services, scaling issues and advanced management of evolutionary changes.
You will need to complete KMP I and KMP II training to obtain Kanban Management Professional credential.
The certificate will only be issued with participation in at least 75% of the course.
Yes. The instructor may veto the granting of the certificate if the student refuses to actively participate in classroom activities or partially participates in the training by frequently being absent from the classroom for any reason or even abandoning training on any of the days.
