In an environment where SAFe® is used, we monitor and guide RTE, Product Management, System Arch / Engineering and Business Owners in the main ART synchronization events foreseen in the framework, aiming to ensure the evolution of the objectives established for PI, monitoring product metrics, processes and program. 

We will guide everyone involved in the execution of the PI through the planning, preparation and execution of an SAFe® Inspect & Adapt event, using coaching and workshops. We will optimize the quality of the execution of an ART through the review of deliveribles and the identification of improvement items.
