Course Requirements
There are no prerequisites that prevent anyone from carrying out the training, but for a better use it is desirable that the person has:
- Understanding the kanban method
- Have read "Kanban", by David J Anderson, or "Kanban from the Inside", by Mike Burrows

IS THERE ANY OFFICIAL TEST TO ACHIEVE ICAGILE CERTIFICATION?
There is no assessment or exam to obtain the KMP credential.
Kanban System Design (KMP I) training continues with Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP II), which is a two-day training designed to address organization-wide services, scaling issues and advanced management of evolutionary changes.
You will need to complete KMP I and KMP II training to obtain Kanban Management Professional credential.
CAN YOU PARTICIPATE ONLY 1 OR 2 DAYS OF TRAINING AND STILL RECEIVE THE CERTIFICATE?
The certificate will only be issued with participation in at least 75% of the course.
IS THERE ANY WAY TO NOT RECEIVE THE CERTIFICATE, EVEN PARTICIPATING IN THE 2 DAYS OF TRAINING?
Yes. The instructor may veto the granting of the certificate if the student refuses to actively participate in classroom activities or partially participates in the training by frequently being absent from the classroom for any reason or even abandoning training on any of the days.
CAN I CLAIM FOR PDU ONCE ATTENDING THE TRAINING?
Yes, you can order, you can get up to 14 PDU's or 15 SEU's. Contact KU to obtain the rules and understand how to request PDUs and YOURs from the respective entities.
